We currently deliver across South Africa. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch is typically 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in their original, undamaged condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will guide you through the return process.
Are your products in stock?
All products listed on our store are available. Stock levels update in real time, so if you can add it to your cart, it is available.
How do I care for my floor mirror?
Wipe the mirror surface with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners as they can damage the mirror coating over time. The aluminium frame can be wiped with a lightly damp cloth and dried immediately.
Is the Sunset Projection Lamp safe to leave on overnight?
The lamp is designed for mood and ambient use and is USB-powered. While it is safe to use for extended periods, we recommend switching it off when you leave the room or go to sleep as a general precaution.
How do I install the Iron Mandala Wall Art?
The set comes with mounting hardware. We recommend using a stud finder to locate wall studs, or appropriate wall anchors for drywall. The panels are designed to be installed by one person and come with step-by-step instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
