Our returns policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. No lengthy explanations required — just let us know and we'll guide you through the process.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale items marked as final sale at time of purchase
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@litandco.co.za with your order number and the reason for return
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Send it back using a trackable courier service
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer's cost, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
