Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across South Africa — all major cities, towns, and most rural areas.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) are typically 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over R1,000. Orders under R1,000 are charged a flat rate of R99.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Click the link in the email to track your parcel in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can make changes or cancel it. Email us immediately at hello@litandco.co.za with your order number.

Products

Are your products good quality?
Every product in our store is personally reviewed before it goes live. We stock pieces we'd put in our own spaces — and we don't add anything that doesn't meet that standard.

Do your mirrors require assembly?
The Full-Length Floor Mirror requires minimal assembly (attaching the frame to the base). Instructions and all hardware are included. Most customers complete assembly in under 10 minutes.

Does the Sunset Lamp work with a timer?
The Gradient + Remote variant includes a remote control with timer functionality. The other colour variants are plug-and-play without a remote.

How large is the Sunset Lamp projection?
The projection size depends on the distance from the wall. At approximately 1–2 metres, it creates an immersive wash of colour. It works best in a darkened room.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, no questions asked — as long as items are unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, instant EFT, and other secure payment methods via our checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify — one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms with bank-level security. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
